On iPhone, sign up on the web first. The iOS app opens straight to sign‑in and can’t create a workspace — once yours exists, it signs in like any other device. Android can do either.

Adding a company takes two clicks
Load the company in TallyPrime and it appears in Nexvia Books automatically, waiting for your approval. Enable it, and the first sync pulls its complete history — across financial years, without touching Tally’s period settings, even for large multi-year books.
Split a financial year in Tally? The old-year company syncs like any other, so last year’s books stay one tap away instead of buried on the office PC.
Small things that matter with many firms
- Your CA, covered — give your accountant scoped access to every firm’s statements without sharing your Tally computer.
- Display names you choose — rename “ABC TRADERS 2026-27 FINAL NEW” to just “ABC Traders” in the app; Tally stays untouched.
- Entries land in the right books — recording from the phone always targets the company you’re in, validated against that company’s masters.
- Sister-firm sync from one PC — two Tally installs (different ports) or several companies in one Tally — one connector handles it.
