On iPhone, sign up on the web first. The iOS app opens straight to sign‑in and can’t create a workspace — once yours exists, it signs in like any other device. Android can do either.

Your Tally data, everywhere you are
Tally lives on one computer. Your decisions don't. Whether you're travelling, at a client's premises, or simply away from the office desk, Nexvia Books lets you view your Tally data on mobile and every other device — no remote desktop, no VPN, no files to email around.
A small connector on the machine where TallyPrime runs mirrors your books to your own secure workspace. Sign in on any device and you get a clean, touch-friendly view of the same numbers — updated live to about two minutes.
How to view Tally data on mobile
You need licensed TallyPrime, a Nexvia Books workspace and an internet connection. Your accounting continues in Tally.
Create your workspace
Start the 7-day trial in your browser. Use the same account for the connector and your phone. On iPhone, complete this web signup before opening the app.
Connect and sync
Follow the Windows connector guide on /download. Keep Tally open with the required companies loaded. Select the companies and let the first sync finish.
Open and check
Install the Android or iPhone app, or open the website. Choose the company and check its last sync time. Open Parties for balances, Day Book for vouchers or Reports for statements.

Not a screen-share, not a spreadsheet
- No remote desktop lag. A native mobile UI, not a streamed Windows screen you pinch and zoom.
- Check the sync time. Changes usually arrive about every two minutes while Tally and the connector are online. A stopped computer means the cloud copy stays at its last sync.
- Controlled access. Viewing is a read operation. Authorised entry and contact updates can write back; your plan and user permissions control access.
- Works with your setup. A normal PC, a headless server, or TallyPrime Cloud Access on Linux — all supported.
